What You’ll Own
Developing and maintaining quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.Mentoring and guiding the QA team to deliver consistent, high-quality results.Conducting internal audits and inspections; identifying gaps and enforcing adherence.Driving corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams.Collecting, interpreting, and reporting on quality metrics to inform decisions.Preparing polished reports for leaders and key stakeholders.Monitoring and integrating new regulatory and industry requirements.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field.3+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.Strong grounding in QMS practices and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).Analytical, systematic, and resourceful problem-solver.Proficient with QA tools and software.Clear communicator and collaborative partner.Detail-driven with a high bar for excellence.Location
