Job Summary :

Join, a global leader in entertainment, as a Product Operations Analyst for our Ads Platform team, based in the USA (NY, SF, LA) or remotely. In this role, you will analyze operational data, develop insights, and enhance operational processes to support the rapidly scaling ads products. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll maintain high data fidelity and collaborate closely to support product development and align operational activities with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze operational system data (UserVoice, Jira, AirTable) to support decision-making.

Create reports and insights on operational performance to identify improvement areas.

Ensure high data accuracy and reliability in operational tools.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, etc.) to ensure data quality and support product development.

Work with the Product Commercialization team to align operational activities with business objectives.

Must-Have Skills :

Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights.

Experience with UserVoice, Jira, AirTable, Zendesk, and Google Suite.

Excellent communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Industry Experience :

Knowledge of the advertising technology industry is a plus.
