Drive Strategic Roadmaps and align Celonis use cases with client transformation Engage Stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to executives and operational leaders. Facilitate workshops, present business cases, and manage escalations. Build and Mentor Teams and develop Celonis consultants, analysts, and architects. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Develop Practice Assets by creating reusable accelerators and contribute feedback to product teams to improve platform capabilities. Ensure Value Delivery and own the customer value journey What You Will Need :

• 10+ years in consulting or professional services, with 5+ years in delivery leadership.
• Proven experience in Celonis or process mining engagements.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Celonis platform functionality
• Experience managing large-scale implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. What Would Be Nice To Have :
• Experience working with public sector clients or regulated industries.
• Prior P&L ownership and strategic planning experience.
• Master's degree or MBA.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and enterprise change initiatives.
• Exposure to Celonis Value Engineering practices—such as building demos, benchmarking, and identifying process inefficiencies.The annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
