What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism throughout.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or behaviors.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the healthcare location.

Report security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel according to established procedures.

Assist staff, visitors, and patients with directions and general information as needed while maintaining a visible presence.

Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members during emergencies and / or incidents.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
