• Monday - Friday, 8 hour days with 1-2 weekday calls and 1 weekend per month
• Average 1 surgery per day 95% pediatric, 4% neonate, 1% adult patients
• 100% hospital-based practice
• Cardiothoracic surgical procedures including valve repair and congenital defects
• No ER call required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
