The HR Generalist is responsible for providing a wide range of HR support to employees and managers. This includes tasks such as recruitment and hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and development.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Assist with all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process, including developing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Onboard new employees by providing them with information about company policies and procedures, benefits, and culture.
  • Conduct performance reviews and work with managers to develop and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Provide support to employees with HR-related issues, such as leaves of absence, employee relations concerns, and disciplinary matters.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Education :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Travel Requirements :

Travel will occasionally be required as the person in the role will need to travel to our other locations (Columbia, Marshall, Lake of the Ozarks) for On-boarding, trainings, etc.
