As the Manager, Strategic Operations, you will play a critical role in driving high-impact projects across our operations organization. You'll bring a strong analytical mindset, operational curiosity, and a bias for action to evaluate complex problems, build scalable solutions, and ensure seamless execution across logistics, fulfillment, and global expansion efforts.

What You'll Do :

• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze, scope, and execute strategic projects across inbound logistics, distribution, fulfillment, shipping, and returns
• Conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses and scenario modeling for initiatives including shipping optimization, distribution center expansion, re-fulfillment programs, and international growth
• Support ambiguous or early-stage projects by driving discovery, documenting business requirements, identifying risks, and defining clear project timelines and goals
• Proactively remove roadblocks and drive execution to ensure key initiatives are delivered on time and with impact
• Prepare and deliver compelling, data-driven presentations and updates for senior leadership
• Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration by leading meetings, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring clarity across all levels of the organization
• Bring energy, initiative, and a growth mindset to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
