ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Do:

Support agency owners in daily operations, ensuring smooth policy administration and client satisfaction.
Assist with agency marketing initiatives, leveraging your creativity to drive growth and brand awareness.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and regulations to offer informed solutions.
RequirementsKey Qualifications
Arizona Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are HIGHLY desired.
Insurance Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of insurance products, services, and processes.
Tech Proficiency: Skilled in office software (MS Office, CRM systems) with experience using marketing tools like social media platforms, email marketing software, and Canva.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to ensure professional and clear interaction with clients and team members.
Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Marketing Experience: Proven experience in customer outreach and executing effective promotional strategies.
