Job Description :
As an Accounting / Bookkeeping Clerk at Rinehart Oil in Ukiah California, you will be a key player in managing and analyzing daily fuel pricing, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions. Your role will primarily focus on Excel-based reporting, supporting various administrative and customer service functions within the company. Assist with general accounting duties, including reconciliation, data entry, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities :
Daily Fuel Pricing Management : Oversee and manage daily fuel pricing, ensuring accurate data input and adjustments in Excel.
Bookkeeping : Assist with general accounting duties, including reconciliation, data entry, and financial reporting.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving : Identify discrepancies in financial data, resolve issues, and provide troubleshooting support.
Billing Support : Assist with the preparation of customer billing statements and payment tracking.
Customer Service Support : Provide administrative support for customer service inquiries and resolve account-related issues as needed.
Administrative Projects : Support various administrative tasks, including maintaining environmental and compliance files, ensuring all documents are properly stored and accessible.
Collaboration : Work closely with the finance team and other departments, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across all teams.
