Fraud & Trust / Safety Agent (Hybrid - Must Live In AZ)

As we continue to scale, Trust & Safety is a top priority for our leadership team. The work of this team directly impacts user confidence, financial health, and overall platform integrity-making it a critical part of our growth. Our Trust & Safety & Fraud teams are the first line of defense for our users, often serving as the first point of contact when someone experiences sensitive or potentially harmful issues on the platform.

This team handles a wide range of cases, from content-related issues such as racism, harassment, nudity, or violent language, to commerce-related concerns including fraud, chargebacks, account takeovers, and payment disputes.

• Shift Requirements
• Agents are expected to work a full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule within the following operational hours, including holidays.
• Shift is assigned during interview process : Thurs - Mon : 1 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM, Tues- Sat : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM OR Sun - Thurs : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $60008.00 / yr.
