Senior Program Associate
We are seeking a mission-driven Senior Program Associate to support the delivery of a high-visibility initiative supporting a defense sector client. In this role, you'll work alongside program leadership to help develop and operate a high-tempo capability that identifies mission needs, scouts solutions, and drives integration into operational environments.
The ideal candidate brings both strong execution skills and the ability to think strategicallycapable of translating big-picture objectives into concrete deliverables and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. You'll balance independent work with close collaboration, ensuring our delivery is timely, high-quality, and mission-focused.
At a high level, you'll be responsible for :
- Supporting federal client engagements across the US government
Salary Range : $75,000- $96,000
Secret or Top Secret level security clearance preferred. Security clearance eligibility required.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and delivery of client work in areas such as :Drafting reports, strategies, assessments, and other written deliverablesCreating presentations and visuals that effectively communicate client requirementsDeveloping, organizing, and executing both in-person and virtual training and delivery workshopsResearching and analyzing federal legislation, policy, and agency documentationIdentifying, evaluating, and recommending emerging technology solutions using both open source and proprietary data sourcesWork with Dcode's program managers to ensure delivery meets contractual requirements, including cost and scheduleCoordinate with Dcode's delivery team and sales team on upsell and expansion opportunitiesRepresent Dcode at conferences, events, and meetings with leaders from government, and industryHelp grow Dcode's network of government innovators by building and maintaining relationships with government stakeholdersQualifications
KEY SKILLS

2-5 years of work experience; preferably some experience working within DoD or the ArmyPrior experience delivering client-facing client work and developing effective communications collateralThe ability to work without being closely managed and continuously WOWStrong interest and exposure to in one or more of the following areas : government contracting and acquisitions, government finance and budgeting, processes re-engineering, organizational design, policy, government culture-change, data analytics / visualization, and / or communications materialsExposure / experience in tech scoutingUnderstanding and comfort with agile project managementAn ability to work independently and with a team to meet client deadlinesAn ability to listen to clients and discern needsA willingness and ability to support operations in a fast-paced environmentProven problem-solving, self-management, and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsA willingness to work in an environment that is welcoming, open, transparent, curious, collaborative, challenging, results-driven, and fun!Additional Information
