MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Associate Program Specialist to join our team at Bolling AFB, Washington, D.C. This is an onsite position.

Individual will be key member of a team performing DoD Agency Financial Statements Audit readiness and remediation services to the United States Government. Position will entail administrative functions and support the Special Programs office for accounting and audit readiness.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Providing administrative support to manage office tasks and processes
• Overseeing document retention for Operations Team to include scanning accounting documentation
• Updating and maintaining office operational policies and other documentation
• Work with the CFO Team to research and understand audit findings and determine the correct stakeholder(s) to respond to audit requests
• Coordinate business process activities with the Contractor CFO Team, Operations Team, and Government Program Management
• Assist with documenting business processes, controls, and operating procedures
• Ability to gain an understanding of the changes / updates to Federal Accounting Regulations and determine if the organization's business process requires modifications

The projected compensation range for this position is $67,300.00-$111,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
