Summary
Cresa believes in providing Project Managers with the base of knowledge and guidance necessary to be an effective and productive commercial real estate professional throughout their career. All Project Managers, whether experienced or new to the commercial real estate profession, are provided training the “Cresa Way” either through written training manuals, mentorship with a senior team member, involvement in teams and regular training meetings.
This is an 8 week, 3 day per week internship.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Project Management Support :
- Assist in supporting senior project managers in all phases of commercial real estate process, from design to construction and relocation.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in design meetings, track changes and ensure alignment between client goals and project deliverables
