JOB SUMMARY
To coordinate and process all required documentation in support of the physician’s order to ensure that the customer receives the intended equipment and / or supplies as prescribed without incurring unnecessary medical expenses. The scope of this position includes all products and services associated with ENTERALS, HOSPITAL BEDS AND WHEELCHAIRS.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement goals.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Training / Experience :
REQUIRED :
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer literacy required
This position requires an individual with interpersonal skills conducive to positive customer and employee relations.
Ability to read, write clearly, follow and give instructions.
Ability to use calculator, computer and Microsoft Office a must.
Prior experience or on-the-job training and must be able to successfully complete orientation / training program prescribed by Denman.
