Title Clerk
Pay Rate : $17.00 / hr., paid weekly
Hours : Monday - Friday, start time at 6am or 7am, end time 2 : 30pm or 3 : 30pm.
- Occasional extended shifts or Saturdays as the business requires.
- Hours will be between 6 am and 7 am start depending on daily business needs.
Location : onsite - Mesa, AZ 85201
Duration : Temp to hire
Position Overview
- This position will handle information regarding motor vehicle title and registration processes.
- Vehicle title clerks are administratively adept and organized in handling files and maintaining documents.
- Responsible for properly titling all new and used cars.
- Knowledge of state tax and title requirements for various states is essential.
- A strong attention to detail is required.
- This position will also be responsible for all aspects of select clients, including processing, invoicing, customer service, and other duties.
- Overtime may be required.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate efficiently between applications, including Microsoft Office
- Customer service / admin skills
- Previous DMV / Title and registration a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with varying personalities in a high volume atmosphere
