Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist – Children, Families & Adults

Milford Counseling is seeking a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide therapy to children, families, and adults, helping clients navigate life’s challenges in a supportive, professional environment. Key Responsibilities :

Provide individual, family, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans addressing mental health, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Utilize evidence-based approaches to support clients in overcoming trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties.

Collaborate with families, schools, and community resources for holistic care.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold ethical standards.

Who We’re Looking For :

Fully or Limited Licensed Clinicians (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LP, LLP, or equivalent).

Preferably with Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor credentials (MCBAP) or experience with co-occurring disorders.

Experience working with diverse client populations, including children, families, and adults.

Strong clinical skills and a passion for collaborative, client-centered care.
