Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time Lead Medical Assistant to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals in our Mount Laurel Office. The Lead Medical Assistant will be responsible for supervising and supporting medical assistants, ensuring high-quality patient care, coordinating clinical workflows, and serving as a liaison between staff and providers. Job Title : Lead Medical Assistant

Payrate : $20-22 / hour , depending on specialty and experience

Hours : 40 hours per week

Job Type : Full time

Job Title Duties (not limited to) :

• Supervise and mentor medical assistants to ensure proper clinical practices.
• Assist physicians and providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Oversee patient flow to optimize efficiency and minimize wait times.
• Train new medical assistants and provide ongoing staff development.
• Ensure accurate documentation in EMR systems and compliance with HIPAA.
• Monitor inventory and order clinical supplies as needed.
• Act as a resource for resolving patient and staff concerns.
• Participate in ad hoc projects to support clinical operations.
