Maslon seeks a Estate Planning Paralegal to join our team and provide a broad range of legal support to our trust and estate attorneys. We pride ourselves in fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include all facets of trust and probate administration, including meeting with clients, trustees and family members; communicating with beneficiaries; drafting correspondence and legal documents; preparing deeds, asset spreadsheets, and probate pleadings; preparing federal estate tax returns and gift tax returns; preparing fiduciary income tax returns for estates and trusts; preparation and review of annual trust accountings; reviewing bank and brokerage statements; notarizing documents; and organizing and maintaining client files.

The firm's expected hiring range for this position is $36.92 - $46.15 / hour depending on the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
