Corporate and Cannabis Transactional Counsel

A growing boutique law platform is hiring a Counsel to run small and mid-size corporate transactions with limited oversight, often within a regulated industry framework. You will lead deals end-to-end, interface directly with clients, and execute operating agreements, governance documents, and licensing-driven structures efficiently.

Location : New York City or Bay Area preferred. Remote considered for the right profile.

Office cadence : 2 days, WFH is the norm locally.

Billables : baseline 1,500 hours with bonus scaling to performance.
