About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, senior securities lawyer to support CrowdStrike’s engagement with stockholders and the investment community on governance, disclosure, and proxy strategy. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior legal leadership, and support company engagement with institutional investors and proxy advisory firms. This lawyer will play a key role in shaping the company’s approach to securities compliance, proxy season readiness, and investor outreach, supporting the evolution of the company’s governance program and alignment with evolving regulatory and investor expectations.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $185,000 – $255,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) and paid time off.
