As the Vice President of Product Strategy at Kitsap Credit Union, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and growth of our product offerings. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be responsible for leading the product management team, developing and executing product strategies, and ensuring the delivery of innovative and competitive products that meet the needs of our members and align with the credit union's mission and values. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Product to lead our product management team in driving the development and implementation of innovative digital and credit union products. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, a proven track record of product leadership, and a passion for leveraging technology to deliver exceptional member experiences.
