With more than 30,000 employees, UH is one of the largest employers in Northeast Ohio.\n\nRole Description\n\nThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Quality Improvement RN, located in Cleveland, OH, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Quality Improvement RN will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare setting. Daily tasks include monitoring clinical practices, developing and implementing quality improvement plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare quality standards. The role also involves data collection, reporting, and providing education and training to staff on quality improvement processes. This role focuses EMR Quality including order set review, priorotizing quality enhancement requests, and reporting.\n\nQualifications\n

  • Experience with Quality Improvement initiatives, Patient Safety, and Clinical Audits\n
  • Expertise in Data Analysis, Performance Metrics, and Reporting\n
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare Regulations, Compliance, and Accreditation standards\n
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills\n
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio\n
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required, MSN preferred\n
  • Certification in Quality Improvement or Patient Safety (e.g., CPHQ, Six Sigma) is a plus\n
  • Proficiency in quality improvement methodologies and tools
