Shift : 6 : 30 AM - 7 : 00 PM

\n\n

Experience : \n\n

  • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

\n\n

  • Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience.
  • \n\n

  • Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
  • \n\n

    Requirements : \n\n

  • Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
  • \n\n

  • This role will require floating to multiple units
  • \n\n

  • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living
  • \n\n

  • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
  • \n\n

  • 12 months between Staff at Program : Vaya Workforce Solutions - Marshfield Clinic Health System
  • \n\n

    Additional Details : \n\n

    Required Skills / Experience : \n Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units. \n-2 years of RN experience in med / surg and the candidate needs solid PCU foundation for success in role in blended unit. \n There will be occasional ICU / PCU patients on this unit. RN will be required to care for all acuity types.

    Procedures / Diagnostics / Treatments Performed on Unit : \nPatient Diagnoses : \nMedical - Cardiac / Resp\nOrtho - basic - knees / hips\nGeneral Surgery\nSpecial Procedures / Unit Details : \n2 years of RN experience in med / surg and the candidate needs solid PCU foundation for success in role in blended unit. BLS required by start date. There will be occasional ICU / PCU patients on this unit. RN will be required to care for all acuity types.

    \n\n

  • Barcode scanning must be 95% to be eligible for an extension. Less than 95% could result in a cancel.
  • \n\n

    Equipment Used on Unit : \nVents - occasionally

    \n\n

    Unit / Facility Details : : \n-Current Driver’s License or Government issued photo ID required.

    \n\n

    Special Requests : \nHoliday RTO is not accepted - System policy is that every other holiday is required - Staff will not have to work every day of the holiday

    \n\n

    Shift & Scheduling : \nCall required as needed\nEOW

    \n\n

  • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
