As a Technical Program Manager III, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact digital programs across multiple organizational pillars. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate collaboration, and ensure that complex initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with strategic objectives. This role requires balancing big-picture vision with meticulous attention to execution, enabling successful outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders. You will serve as a key connector between engineering, infrastructure, security, data, and analytics teams, ensuring seamless program delivery. Your influence will help drive operational excellence, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities :

• Lead planning, execution, and operational phases of strategic programs, ensuring delivery of measurable business value.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to proactively resolve blockers, maintain alignment, and achieve program goals.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and risk / issue logs (RAID).
• Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders across digital and business teams to align work with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate globally distributed engineering teams, leveraging Agile and hybrid methodologies to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies across multiple initiatives to maintain program integrity.
• Communicate program updates and outcomes clearly to executives and other stakeholders.
