Position Summary

We are seeking a warm, dependable, and enthusiastic Toddler Room Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a love for children, a positive attitude, and the ability to create a structured yet fun learning environment for toddlers ages 1–2.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care to toddlers in a safe and nurturing environment
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage cognitive, physical, emotional, and social development
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding daily activities, milestones, and concerns
• Follow all center policies, licensing regulations, and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with co-teachers and administrators to support each child’s needs
