WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL?
- Looking for a COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR, ( NOT RESIDENTIAL !! ).
- Need 3 years Experience Putting Complete Estimates together including, Sitework, General Trades, Mechanical, Electrical, Based on Sub-Contractor Bids & Some " OWN " Take-Offs.
- Working for a General Contractor, who's Owners have Decades of Experience Doing COMMERCIAL & GOVERNMENT Projects, for Other Owners, NOW Building Their OWN Organization.
- If You are TALENTED, You can Put yourself in a Position of GREAT Value, to Be an INTEGRAL Part of the Companies GROWTH for a LONG TIME, and be Rewarded VERY WELL ! They Grow, YOU Grow in Importance and PAY !!!
- Projects $1 million to $5 million.
- Must Pass Drug Test
- Must Have VALID Drivers License
- Clean Driving Record
- Will Do Criminal Background Check
