Job Title : Millwright

Location : De Soto, Kansas, United States

Job Type : Full-Time

Pay : $28 – $32 per hour (DOE)

Work Hours : 45–55 hours per week, with some Saturdays required

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Millwright to join our team in De Soto. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial machinery installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure proper operation.
• Operate hand and power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools safely and effectively.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including alignment, calibration, and inspection of machinery.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures while performing tasks, including OSHA requirements .
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects on time.
• Work flexible hours, including overtime, some Saturdays, and holidays as required.
