Salary : Responsibilities :
- Manage outbound and inbound phone calls.
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Attend and schedule appointments according to client availability.
- Offering legal packages to assist clients in migration services.
- Creating invoices and receiving payments.
- Escalate cases according to firm guidelines.
- Keep records of clients interactions, and file documentation properly.
- Follow guidelines, and policies according to client expectations.
- Other duties may be assigned

Bachelors degreeMinimum 1-year Customer service experienceMinimum 2 years of sales experienceTime Management SkillsAble to multitaskAbility to work independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organizationAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyEnsure confidentiality of all the firm and client's documentation and informationBilingual (English / Spanish / Portuguese)Job Type : Full-time
