Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Miami, FL. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll engage directly with customers, provide exceptional service, and help them find the best wireless solutions. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, educate customers on available plans and devices, and drive sales to meet individual and team performance goals.
