We are looking for 3 seasonal field laborers to work in Preston, ID.
The pay rate is $22.00 / hour. This position will begin anytime starting August 13 - September 5, 2025. The average workday is 7 am - 7 pm. There may be days that start as early as 5 : 00 am.
FIELD SEASONAL LABORER RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsibilities include driving tractors, operating grain bagging systems, replacing bags, maintaining equipment, and light maintenance activities.
- Assist with during harvesting season
- Maintain and repair farm machinery and equipment
- Operate farming tractors, grain bagging systems, and replace bags
- Farm laborers are the backbone of the agricultural sector, providing essential hands-on work to maintain support for our milling operation.
- They also need to be mindful of safety regulations and best practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
- This role requires physical strength and stamina, as it involves a lot of lifting, bending, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
