    Our client boasts of 100 years in industrial HVAC space with 15 global manufacturing facilities, and over 4,000 employees globally. They are a market leader in valves, fittings, and piping with their patented non threading, welding or flanging pipe assembly solutions.

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Market Research and Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential growth opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs. Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape to develop effective business strategies.
    • Business Strategy Development : Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with company goals.
    • Customer Engagement : Build and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Understand their needs and challenges, and tailor solutions to meet those requirements effectively.
    • New Business Identification : Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, including new markets, industries, and customer segments. Assess the feasibility and profitability of new ventures.
    • Sales and Revenue Generation : Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets. Develop and execute sales plans, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers and partners.
    • Strategic Partnerships : Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to expand market reach and enhance product / service offerings.
    • Market Positioning : Work closely with marketing teams to position our products and services effectively in the market. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support business development efforts.
    • Reporting and Analysis : Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics.

      The Successful Applicant

      Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
    • Strong understanding of the HVAC, mechanical piping, and construction markets and its key players.
    • Prior experience selling to / working with commercial builds / general contractors.
    • Prior expereince selling HVAC / Piping / Valves to - Life Sciences builds.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • What's on Offer

      What's On Offer :

    • Remote role anywhere in the US.
    • $130-175k base salary + competitive commission - $250-300k total compensation.
