Responsibilities
Utilize your instinctive judgment to review policy renewals, address coverage inquiries, conduct remarketing, and provide quotes for additional policies as requested by clients
o Contact each client to review their renewal, answer questions, and offer coverage reviews.
o Schedule phone, or in office appointments as needed.
o Remarket accounts with other carriers as needed.
o Quote additional lines of insurance, and presenting quotes, as requested.
As the team needs support, assist with a range of requests for policy changes, proof of insurance, providing resources, answering phones & general questions.
Respond to all requests within the designated turnaround time.
Diligently document all communications (aka obsessively fanatical about notes & details).
Enthusiastically solve problems, use common sense and confidently self-manage.
Pursue and attend training, education, development opportunities, and team community events.
Partner with management to design your goals and career focus.

Requirements
Able to get your Property & Casualty insurance license within 90 days.
Complete our six-month NTI Training experience.
Time and priority management, including meeting goals regularly.
Exude a positive, uplifting and inquisitive attitude.
Communicate clearly, openly, respectfully and regularly.
Competent with computers and technology.
