We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Analyst, Risk Operations to help drive alignment, clarity, and execution across our strategic initiatives. This role blends project management responsibilities with coordination of key meetings across the organization, ensuring that project-critical discussions are scheduled effectively and supported with the right structure. The Project Analyst will play an essential role in making sure workstreams run smoothly, decisions are made with the right stakeholders in the room, and leaders can focus on outcomes. This position is well-suited for someone with project management and operational experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to take on growing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field required.
• 24 years of professional experience, ideally in project management, program coordination, or a related operational role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools (e.g., DACI, RACI, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels of leadership.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to expand responsibilities over time
