My client, a well-established Commercial General Contractor in Columbus, Ohio , is actively seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their growing team. This company is known for delivering high-quality ground-up and renovation projects across the commercial, retail, and mixed-use sectors with a strong pipeline of work for 2025 and beyond.

What Youll Do :

• Lead daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to maintain clear communication and resolve site issues quickly.
• Oversee site logistics, quality control, and ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.
• Deliver successful projects that meet both budget and quality goals.
