Key Responsibilities
Diagnose plumbing issues independently and complete repairs efficiently
Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance
Read and interpret blueprints / drawings to plan layouts for plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems
Cut, assemble, and install lines with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring)
Install, maintain, and repair water supply systems
Locate and repair leaks and water supply line issues
Repair or replace drainage lines, clear clogs, and resolve related issues
Service and repair domestic fixtures and appliances (e.g., faucets, water heaters)
Install waste disposal and sanitary systems
Handle customer inquiries and respond promptly to dispatches
Prepare accurate quotes and present them directly to customers
Qualifications
Valid Journeyman’s Plumbing License
Multi-family plumbing experience required
Strong understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
Proficient with plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, cutters, etc.)
Must provide own hand tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong critical thinking and diagnostic abilities
Team-oriented, patient, and customer-focused
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Physical Requirements
Good physical condition with the ability to work in tight or awkward spaces
Ability to lift 80+ lbs
