Base pay range

$35.00 / hr - $40.00 / hr

Location : Englewood CO (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Contract Duration : Long term contract with goal to convert to full time

Overview : Our Fortune 50 Telecommunications Client is seeking a skilled Billing / Provisioning Analyst to support end-to-end provisioning and activation processes across billing systems, including CSG. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for a wide range of devices such as set-top boxes, modems, and routers. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and a passion for learning.

Required Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience with CSG systems, specifically in provisioning and activations.
• Proven experience in hardware support and troubleshooting for devices such as set-top boxes, routers, and modems.
• Understanding of physical layer networking
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation
