Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketer to drive growth and shape our brand’s future in the Orange County area. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with our business objectives. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, weekends eventually) with a flexible schedule , as long as key objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
• Lead Generation : Initiate and manage a robust lead generation process, leveraging a combination of virtual marketing and direct outreach.
• Targeted Cold Calling & Prospecting : Proactively identify and engage with potential decision makers through targeted cold calling . The goal is to set up meetings, demonstrations, and partnership discussions.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Create compelling content for a variety of channels, including print material, email marketing community events, and other activities to robustly strengthen relationships with industry partners.
• Collaborate with care and clinical teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goals.
• Manage marketing budgets and company resources effectively.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and industry partners.
• Develop positive relationships with local promoters, media representatives, and field sales managers in order to stay informed of local trends, company direction and community needs, as well as to negotiate favorable terms for sponsored activities
