Overview :
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented AP / Payroll Specialist to manage accounts payable, payroll, and general office functions. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and supporting day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems
- Handle general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors
- Use Sage for accounting and financial tasks
- Create and update spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
- Draft and format documents and correspondence in Microsoft Word
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Sage accounting softwareStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordExcellent organization and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in financial workAbility to manage multiple office tasks efficientlyStrong verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications :
