Performance Media Supervisor
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Media Supervisor to lead and enhance media strategies for retail and eCommerce initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in direct-to-consumer eCommerce and retail media networks, who thrives on analyzing complex marketing challenges and delivering actionable solutions. As this is a Contract to Hire position, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after demonstrating exceptional performance. This position is based in Denver, Colorado.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic media plans that align with eCommerce and retail objectives.
- Utilize expertise in retail media networks to optimize advertising campaigns and drive performance.
- Analyze complex marketing challenges and translate them into clear and actionable strategies.
- Manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across various platforms to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, creative, and digital marketing, to execute cohesive media strategies.
- Monitor and interpret campaign performance metrics, providing insights to improve current and future strategies.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in eCommerce, digital media, and new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external media vendors and platform partners to support strategic goals.
- Oversee paid media efforts across programmatic, social, and search channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in eCommerce media strategy and campaign management.Proficiency with retail media networks such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and Target Roundel.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.Expertise in digital media platforms, including programmatic advertising, search engine marketing, and paid social channels.Proven ability to address and simplify complex marketing challenges.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting strategies and insights.Certifications in platforms like Google Ads or HubSpot Inbound Marketing are preferred.
