We are searching for a confident manager who leads with integrity, honesty, and compassion. A successful Scenter Manager is an independent problem solver, adaptable, detail-oriented, and compassionate dog lover! We are looking for a HANDS-ON leader who can manage the day-to-day operations of the Scenter with an emphasis on critical KPIs : Labor Efficiency Ratio, Average Ticket Price, Rebook Ratio, etc.
Tasks
Drive membership sales through health and wellness educationMaintain a knowledgeable team that prioritizes dog wellness and safetyProvide leadership, guidance, and mentorship for the Scenter employeesDrive employee development through leadership, training, and performance reviewsUphold quality standards through hands-on participation, employee audits, and trainingPromptly and accurately communicate information from upper management to your teamIdentify when / where help is needed and provide assistance to keep Scenter on scheduleCreate an environment conducive to teamwork, open communication, and Scenthound valuesManage client expectations; resolve customer concernsEnsure the safety of dogs and team members at all timesAdhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practicesSkills and Abilities
