Facilities Manager
At Paul Davis Restoration, we help homeowners and businesses restore their properties and their peace of mind after disaster strikes. We're looking for a Facilities Manager who's ready to take ownership of our facilities, vehicles, and equipment, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

The Facilities Manager oversees the management and upkeep of our facility, vehicle fleet, warehouse inventory, and other assets. This role ensures our workspace operates efficiently, looks professional, and provides the best possible environment for our team and customers.
Responsibilities include :
- Manage the fleet of vehicles, trailers, and GPS tracking systems
- Operate motor vehicles, forklifts, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure timely vehicle servicing, repairs, and tire replacements
- Perform small equipment repairs, part replacements, and regular maintenance checks
- Oversee facility upkeep, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Conduct quarterly HVAC inspections and equipment inventory reports
- Control and maintain inventory of consumables, job site signage, and tools
- Negotiate with vendors, order supplies, and manage vendor contracts
- Review vendor pricing and performance bi-quarterly
- Coordinate building maintenance, waste disposal, landscaping, snow removal, and security
- Partner with all departments and levels of staff to ensure seamless interdepartmental communication and collaboration
- Support warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety at all times
- Maintain a showroom-quality environment that reflects Paul Davis's professionalism and brand standards
What you bring :
Forklift certification (required)2+ years of proven experience as a Facilities or Warehouse Manager (required)Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience maintaining vehicles or small equipmentVendor negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple vendor relationshipsExceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environmentStrong organizational and communication skills capable of working across departments and with leadershipProficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other basic software toolsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as neededPositive, team-oriented attitude with a "get it done" mentalityBenefits include :
