Ability to follow written and oral instructions accurately. Must be at least 16 years old. Basic English proficiency in both writing and speaking. Access to a computer, phone, or tablet with internet for certain tasks. A quiet, distraction-free workspace. Self-motivation to work independently and efficiently.
