A company is looking for a Senior Support Analyst to assist in monitoring, analyzing, and resolving data platform and infrastructure issues.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients and management regarding production events, escalating issues as necessary
Act as a liaison between data operations, development, and management to troubleshoot application-related issues
Document and improve Production Support processes, contributing to the knowledge base of system problems and resolutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent training
2-4 years of experience in developing / supporting enterprise-level applications in multi-node server environments
Deep knowledge of application architectures, workflows, and monitoring tools
Strong experience with SQL, Oracle, PL / SQL, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
Project management experience is required
