We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. Our projects range from multi-family residential, hospitality, healthcare, and commercial buildings to urban planning, providing a rich and varied work environment.

Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Design Development : Assist in the development of architectural designs, including drafting, modeling, and rendering, under the supervision of senior architects.
• Documentation : Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and drawings using CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Project Coordination : Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met in terms of design, functionality, and budget.
• Research : Conduct research on building codes, materials, technologies, and environmental impact to inform design decisions.
• Client Interaction : Participate in client meetings, presenting design concepts, and gathering feedback to refine projects.
• Site Visits : Attend construction sites to review progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and address any issues that arise.
• Sustainability : Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects, aiming for certifications like LEED or WELL Building where applicable.
