This individual should be a strong conceptual thinker that understands how to translate business and marketing objectives into a compelling story to be distributed in all of our channels.

In addition to being able to craft a great story, were also looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, helping to design assets, and have a deep knowledge of production and understanding of business needs and goals

About The Role

In addition to being able to craft a great story, were also looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, helping to design assets, and have a deep knowledge of production and understanding of business needs and goals

• Manage a team of independent designers that works within multidisciplinary teams
• Guide the team to develop best practices, setting clear goals for overall success.
• Build a design culture that encourages innovation while balancing the need for optimization
• Lead your team to excellence in practice, production, and execution with attention to corporate and functional strategies as well as a design vision
• Collaborate with the product, engineering, Analyst, and marketing teams to develop a high bar of quality
• Roll up your sleeves and contribute as a designer when necessary.
• Hire and guide quality design talent

Your Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a design team lead in advertising / creative marketing
• Strong leadership and social skills
• Experience collaborating closely with Marketing teams.
• Creative and outside of the box thinker
• Experience with data and how to leverage it to drive change.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• A portfolio of work that contains examples of Digital campaigns and strategy cross channels.
