Physical Therapist (PT)

FullShift Staffing is currently hiring Physical Therapists for school-based positions. A longstanding school district for children is currently seeking Physical Therapists for their 2023-2024 school year. You will be tasked with promoting the physical, emotional, and social growth of the students participating in their programs. Location : Fresno, CA

Schedule will depend on the school selected.

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate / treat students with disabilities and maintain daily progress notes.
• Complete daily attendance records, write progress reports, and attend meetings.
• Provide care to children with various disabilities to promote their development in the school environment.
• Maintains continuing, detailed documented records of students known or suspected of having physical therapy needs.
• Aids in the process of forming physical therapy goals for students.
• Reviews and applies student’s individual’s goals.
• Forms and preps written treatment plans for each individual student.
• Protect students from preventable injury, discomfort, and / or illness.
• Report / document all unordinary events concerning student’s safety and development.

Minimum Requirements :

California License to practice as a physical therapist.

Prior experience working with children / pediatrics.

Valid CA Driver’s License

Will need to successfully pass a background check, and drug test

Will require fingerprinting.
