We are seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to support both the staffing and operational needs of our clinical department. This role blends provider recruiting, onboarding, compliance, training, and day-to-day clinical operations support . You'll play a critical role in ensuring that every provider—from MDs and NPs to RNs—is properly recruited, credentialed, trained, and set up for success.

This position reports directly to the Lead of Clinical Operations and works cross-functionally with HR, Compliance, and Clinical Leadership.

Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Staffing

• Support end-to-end recruitment for MDs, NPs, and RNs, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
• Assist leadership in tracking staffing needs across multiple states and specialties.
• Help coordinate provider schedules and coverage, ensuring patient access across time zones.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires during recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
