Job descriptionReviewing and posting of A / P invoices Month-end close of each entity - general ledger, financial statement preparation, support schedules for each balance sheet account Bank reconciliations and preparing and posting journal entries Accruals and balance sheet review Compare and explain monthly variances to the budget as well as trending analysis CAM reconciliations Excellent work ethic, ability to multi-task, detail-oriented Experience in Property Accounting is a preferred Strong Excel skills with full understanding of accounting concepts Yardi software experience is a plus Competitive base salary Affordable company health insurance 401K with 100% match up to 5% Fridays are work from home
Property Accountant
Salary $65,000- $75,000 + bonus
Location : Pompano Beach, FL - M-Th on-site, Fridays work from home
