Job descriptionProvide virtual family practice consultations evaluate, diagnose, treat, and follow up with patients across the U.S. Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based care. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team (including Medical Assistants and a Medical Director) to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in compliance with state regulations. Educate patients on preventive care and wellness. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR system. Keep up with evolving telehealth best practices and standards. Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in multiple states, required Family Practice or Primary Care experience, preferred Prior telehealth experience, a plus Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-first mindset Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating EHR and telehealth platforms Flexibility to work nights and weekends with the ability to pick up additional shifts when desired Our primary coverage need is Saturday and Sunday evenings, 4 : 00pm–10 : 00pm . More hours are available, with flexibility to extend beyond the base schedule Typical weekend evening shifts average 12–16 visits .
