Job description
Leading the planning and execution of internal and external events, the full-time Client Events Manager will manage the full event lifecycle, including budgeting and logistics for conferences, trade shows, and leadership meetings in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute a variety of events, including conferences, trade shows, and associate engagement programs Manage event logistics, such as venues, registration, vendors, and audiovisual support Develop and oversee event budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, Event Management, or a related field 5+ years of corporate event management experience, including conferences and trade shows Strong project management and budget management skills Experience in managing vendors and event logistics Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software
